Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park
Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting, enhancing and promoting Lake Sammamish State Park. FLSSP works in support of and in cooperation with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission to create, maintain and celebrate a highly successful park.
Land Acknowledgment
We acknowledge that we are on the Indigenous Land of Coast Salish peoples who have reserved sovereign and inherent rights to this land, specifically the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe (sdukʷalbixʷ). We thank these caretakers of this land who have lived and continue to live here since time immemorial.
